Business Analyst (AI / ML)

Hybrid work from Warsaw or Cracow. B2B via Experis. B2B rate: 140 - 150 PLN netto+VAT/h. Full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes using BPMN or equivalent methods to identify opportunities for AI‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical documentation.
• Work with data sources using SQL and basic data exploration techniques to support AI solution development.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML solutions on platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or ML Studio.
• Ensure AI solutions align with real business needs and deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including classification, NLP, and predictive modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio or similar).
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders in remote or distributed teams.
• Very good command of both English and Polish; willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków.
