responsibilities :
conducting business requirements feasibility analysis;
sourcing, reconciling, analyzing business requirements, and developing solution recommendations from a business and technology perspective; you will also maintain a business source of truth for your assigned areas;
creating requirements specifications, including documentation of processes and business requirements, including modeling the process with BPNM;
working closely with the Product Owner, development team and testers during the implementation phase of the project and ensuring that the implementation is consistent with the prepared documentation;
analysis of competitive solutions to get understanding of new products being developed as well as offering unique solutions to our customers.
requirements-expected :
minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
experience working in teams and communicating effectively with developers, testers and business stakeholders;
familiarity with software like: jira/confluence, miro, figma, slack;
knowledge of methods for capturing, structuring and modeling business requirements;
experience in creating requirements specifications;
ability to solve problems and optimize business processes;
responsibility and self-reliance;
good command of English - ability to create documentation and fluent communication with the international team;
good command of Polish.
