Your responsibilities:

• Conducting business requirements feasibility analysis;
• Sourcing, reconciling, analyzing business requirements, and developing solution recommendations from a business and technology perspective; you will also maintain a business source of truth for your assigned areas;
• Creating requirements specifications, including documentation of processes and business requirements, including modeling the process with BPNM;
• Working closely with the Product Owner, development team and testers during the implementation phase of the project and ensuring that the implementation is consistent with the prepared documentation;
• Analysis of competitive solutions to get understanding of new products being developed as well as offering unique solutions to our customers.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience working in teams and communicating effectively with developers, testers and business stakeholders;
• Familiarity with software like: jira/confluence, miro, figma, slack;
• Knowledge of methods for capturing, structuring and modeling business requirements;
• Experience in creating requirements specifications;
• Ability to solve problems and optimize business processes;
• Responsibility and self-reliance;
• Good command of English - ability to create documentation and fluent communication with the international team;
• Good command of Polish.

• Experience in the financial/blockchain/crypto industry;
• Knowledge of payments/banking/trading;
• Experience in analysis of API using REST services;
• Knowledge of UX/UI issues.
