Your Responsibilities:

• Lead design and evaluation process for new features with Product Owner: analyse and review requirements, organize refinement sessions and document the outcomes
• Create user stories in JIRA or assist Product Owners as required in this process to ensure quality, consistency and adherence to best practices, including acceptance criteria
• Identify and manage solution dependencies with other other products and integrations
• Support Product Owner(s) on ongoing Product Backlog refinement and prioritization
• Act as a delegate of a Product Owner in a Scrum team setup
• Lead/facilitate refinement sessions with Scrum team on Product Owners behalf

Were looking for you, if you have:

• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts including key principles
• Understanding of different Agile frameworks with focus on Kanban and Scrum (SAFe is a bonus)
• Knowledge of Scrum activities/events, artefacts and key roles/responsibilities in this framework
• Experience with facilitating backlog refinement and estimation sessions with Scrum team
• Experience in managing requirements based on epics/user stories and knowledge of good practices and frameworks that can be utilized in this space
• Experience in usage of collaboration and backlog management tools (i.e. JIRA)
• Experience with definition of User Story Acceptance Criteria, ideally using BDD / Gherkin syntax
• Strong knowledge of business process and related technology solutions
• Experience with translating business requirements and processes into flow-charts
• Experience with translating user and business requirements onto technical solution stacks
• Strong in Problem Solving, analytical and collaboration skills to work with colleagues and stakeholders on different levels of the organisation
• Excellent communications skills both verbal, written and cross cultural
• A collaborative approach, including effective conflict management
• Strong focus on building cost effective innovations and services
