For a client in thebanking industry, we are looking for a person to fill the position ofBusiness Analyst.

CBDC Business team will be accountable for the holistic,end-to-end “path to clearance” regarding data transferinitiatives, ensuring engagement with the relevant groups,adherence to regional and country requirements, andsocialization of deliverables to the required stakeholders.This role involves daily interaction with initiativeowners/business stakeholders to collaborate on the reviewof action items tied to global strategic initiatives.

Oczekujemy

• 5+ years’ experience in FinancialServices.
• Extensive operations experience ina relevant functional area to include financialservices, insurance, banking, investment,information technology, or other relatedoperational area that supportsrisk/compliance initiatives within the business.
• Ability to critically interpret regulations /policies / standards and convert them intooperational tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS-Word, and office tools
• Demonstrable experience for data analysis in MS-Excel

Zadania

• Responsible for end-to-end CBDC clearance for the initiatives/projects to attain regulatory compliance
  related to the use of data crossing international borders.
• Collaborate with business owners and other contributors to onboard the initiative/project across all businesses of Client. Act as a subject matter expert to business owners and key stakeholders on the CBDC topics
• Review initiatives/projects that have cross border data transfer implications and work with Business, Legal/ ICRM contacts in the countries to gain cross border data transfer approval.
• Responsible for the onboarding and clearance of CBDC projects/initiatives within defined SLA
• Be proactive is identifying and escalating key risk areas related to CBDC for our business tomanagement.
