- Analyst to handle automation requests and talking with stakeholders
- Liaising with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Requirements engineering experience - asking the right question
- Extensive experience in Analyst role 3+ years
- Understanding the technical limitations and utilising this knowledge in meetings with requesters and developers alike
- Acting as a bridge between requesters and the technical implementation team
- Experience in tools like: Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, SQL
- Good understanding of Agile methodology, with familiarity of the SAFe framework
- Fluency in English
