For our Client from the consumer healthcare industry, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:


Business Analyst


Location: Fully remote (with optional visits to the Poznań office)
Branch: Healthcare
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: Potentially long-term cooperation (at least until the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension)
Rate: 130 - 170 PLN/h
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Flexible, 40h per week (occasional meetings may occur until 7 PM, but the working hours are mostly up to you)
Remote work: 100%
Methodology: Primarily Waterfall, with elements of Agile

Project Overview:
You will be joining a newly formed team in its initial stages. The project focuses on gathering requirements and preparing the groundwork for the development of a Veeva Quality Vault/CRMS interface. This interface will digitize the compliance process by mapping the flow of complaints lodged in CRMS and the subsequent workflow. The initial phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of the year, with further development planned for the next year.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (including a Product Owner located in Mexico) to ensure the successful and timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Define problem statements and engage appropriate technical and non-technical stakeholders, specialists, and business consultants.
  • Follow global tech portfolio and standards to define the project scope, control the budget, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deconstruct complex processes into manageable representations to facilitate strategic discussion and decision-making.
  • Conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Contribute to the reduction of security and operational risks.
  • Work closely with the Product Adoption Lead Specialist to discuss the impact of changes and communicate these impacts effectively.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technology, and IT business analysis
  • Strong understanding of tech systems and business processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
  • Familiarity with concepts, standards, technologies, tools, and processes used in delivering information services.
  • Excellent communication skills (C1 English level) and experience working in international environments.
  • Experience working with minimal supervision and taking full ownership of work items.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technically oriented analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience applying industry-standard business analysis approaches (brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, use cases).


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Healthcare Quality business processes and software, preferably Veeva Quality Vault (VQD & QMS) and CRMS.
  • Experience working in self-organized teams in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with CRMS (Complaint and Regulatory Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System).
  • Knowledge of GxP.
