Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will support the identification and analysis of processes suitable for automation, as well as the implementation and evaluation of process intelligence tools.
Our ideal Business Analyst has a few years of experience working in a corporation (or with corporate clients), knows how to analyze processes, prepare documentation, coordinate testing, and—most importantly—communicates clearly and confidently. Experience in project coordination, process improvement methodologies or process/task mining tools will be a strong plus.

Our Business Analysts are involved in every stage of the automation journey, which means frequent communication with clients, developers, and operations teams. We will teach you everything you need—but you must enjoy working with people and guiding them through the change.
responsibilities :
1.Process identification and analysis
Conducting process walkthroughs and identifying the best automation candidates
Analyzing business processes in detail
Preparing documentation for RPA/AI projects (PDDs, process maps)
Presenting analysis outcomes and recommendations to clients
Supporting operations teams in building test scenarios
Working closely with developers and translating business needs into technical requirements
2.Process Intelligence tools implementation and results analysis
Configuring client-specific setups
Conducting data analysis
Addressing technical inquiries
Generating reports
3.Project support
Assisting clients in assessing and prioritizing automation opportunities
Supporting clients in selecting the optimal automation technologies
Calculating business cases for automation initiatives
Supporting clients in change management and communication activities
Coordinating communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
4.Client relationship management
Maintaining relationships with selected clients and identifying new solutions we can offer
Running regular online meetings with clients and reporting on project status
requirements-expected :
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of modern technologies
Ability to analyze business processes and prepare PDDs and process maps
Solid project coordination and organizational skills (certifications are a plus)
English proficiency at minimum C1; German or Spanish is an advantage
High personal culture and a professional approach
Reliability and strong attention to detail
Readiness for business travel (10–15% of working time)
