About the role

As a Business Analyst specializing in CyberArk integration, you will be responsible for analyzing selected applications and determining the account lists and use cases. You will collaborate closely with Application Owners and CyberArk SMEs to define the integration approach with CyberArk, ensuring a seamless implementation that meets business requirements.

How you will get the job done

  • Analyzing selected applications to identify account lists and relevant use cases for CyberArk integration.
  • Collaborating with CyberArk SMEs to determine a clear integration strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Facilitating discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the integration meets their needs.
  • Supporting the documentation creation related to PAM CyberArk integration.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of integration activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Evaluating current access management processes and recommending improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding the new processes and tools implemented.

Skills and experience you will need

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or access management solutions.
  • Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and CyberArk solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation to support ongoing projects and system improvements.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German.
  • Previous experience working on CyberArk implementations or similar PAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in solution design and system integration.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis or cybersecurity (e.g., CBAP, CISA).

Responsibilities

owning and driving the AEM platform roadmap aligning with business priorities and long‑term digital strategy.

creating IT product definitions that are flexible and reusable across AEM‑based portals and sites.

managing digital product backlogs mapping epics into stories in a clear and understandable way with Definition of Done and Definition of Ready considering business value architectural decisions technical debt and regulatory requirements.

ensuring the Product Backlog is visible transparent and aligned with business needs platform strategy and governance standards

actively and regularly communicating with businesses about current AEM platform initiatives progress and future plans

cooperating with the Project Manager and Architect to deliver complex solutions built out of multiple products

working as a digital Product Owner for IT solutions prioritizing changes for the development team

prioritizing requests tasks and enhancements for the development tam

co‑planning and contributing to the release management process for deployments

keeping the apps up and running to ensure current speed performance and also legal security and functionality points of view

organizing and refining the backlog and delivering needed and communicating with respective parties

analyzing the incidents with QA help

prioritizing technical debt after consultations with the Architect Engineering Lead and team

identifying new opportunities for AEM platform and getting your teams customers and business network excited about it

preparing documentation presentations and platform‑related communication for stakeholders

observing KPIs of the platform and informing the team about resulting business value

  • tools we use daily: JIRA Confluence Miro MS Office MS Teams and SharePoint fluency in English

5+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager ideally with experience in platform ownership

hands‑on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites Assets)

understanding of content authoring workflows publishing processes personalization and integration of AEM with other systems

proactive mindset project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

excellent communication skills and ability to engage influence and inspire stakeholders

ability to manage both new initiatives and legacy implementations

knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban)

good organization skills and flexibility to lead/support the team through the full product lifecycle
