We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a large-scale EU IT initiatives focused on business process optimisation and automation!
responsibilities :
Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities and data
Elicit and analyse business needs, requirements and user stories
Support business experts and Product Owners during requirements definition and software development
Translate business, user and technical needs into business requirements specifications
Analyse existing systems and support identification of solution options
Design, validate and test business processes for continuous improvement
Contribute to system design, testing, quality assurance and change management
Perform quantitative business process analysis (cost-benefit, what-if analysis)
Coach stakeholders on process and organisational changes
Support definition of transition roadmaps and business architecture
requirements-expected :
At least 8 years of IT experience, including minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst/similar
Bachelor Degree - mandatory
Minimum 2 relevant certifications, such as: CBAP (or equivalent), Certified UML Professional (Foundation) or BPMN 2.0 Fundamental or equivalent certifications
Participation in at least one full software development lifecycle
Advanced English - at least C1
Knowledge of software functionality design and UML modelling
Ability to define system roles, use cases, workflows, business rules, logical data models etc.
Understanding of system development methodologies
Proficiency with system modelling tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect)
