Responsibilities
- Gather input from business stakeholders and translate it into clear, structured functional documentation.
- Design, refine, and document new features and system behaviours based on business needs.
- Create analytical models using UML and BPMN to support engineering teams in solution design.
- Query and analyse data from SQL databases, BigQuery, CSV files, and other sources to extract insights that guide decision‑making.
- Support developers and testers by ensuring technical specifications are complete, accurate, and easy to interpret.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and actively participate in problem‑solving and process improvements.
Qualifications
- have at least 3 years of experience as an IT/Business Analyst, ideally within financial services, banking, or fintech
- have experience collaborating closely with software engineers and QA teams
- have the ability to produce clear technical requirements based on business input
- have knowledge of standard analytical artefacts (process models, user stories/requirements, functional specifications, state diagrams, use‑case scenarios)
- have experience working with UML, BPMN, and SQL
- have understanding of REST APIs and experience using Postman or similar tools
- have curiosity to learn beyond your core domain
- have a cooperative and open mindset
- have proficiency in both Polish and English (required)
