We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help document the IT landscape for one of our clients departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes and mapping them to various applications used across multiple plant locations. You will work closely with a partner who will communicate directly with the business teams.

Analyzing, documenting, and mapping business processes to appropriate IT applications within the department.
Identifying and cataloging all applications used across plants, ensuring a clear understanding of their roles in business operations.
Working closely with Hitachi’s business partner and other key stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.
Using ServiceNow to document and organize information related to applications and their business functions, as it is a strategic platform for the company.
Preparing clear and comprehensive reports and visualizations of the IT landscape and business process mapping for various stakeholders.
Providing insights into potential improvements or optimizations in the alignment of IT applications with business processes.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, with a focus on documenting business processes and mapping them to IT systems.
Proven experience in documenting IT landscapes, including identifying applications, their roles, dependencies, and usage in a business context.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly in relation to application management and documenting IT processes.
Knowledge of process mapping techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) and the ability to translate business needs into IT system requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both business and IT teams.
Fluency in English is essential.
Experience in creating clear, concise, and actionable reports for business and technical stakeholders.
