For our client in the retail industry, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join an interesting project conducted in an international environment in a remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in Agile projects.
• Support system integration, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business, System, or Functional Analyst;
• Proven experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes;
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN;
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation (e.g., system specifications, interface descriptions, data flow diagrams, release notes);
• Understanding of key UX/UI practices and design processes;
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• English at C1 (Advanced) level or higher.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to keep the overall business and technical context in mind;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing BA work across multiple stakeholders and projects;
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Nice To Have

• Experience in the retail industry, especially with POS or self-checkout systems;
• Experience with fiscal, accounting, or ERP systems (e.g., integrations with fiscal printers, invoicing, tax reporting);
• Experience in large-scale system integration projects;
• Understanding of regulatory or compliance requirements related to fiscal data management.
