responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements within the IAM domain and collaborating closely with technical teams to understand and map use cases. You will work on creating and optimizing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing both process and technical documentation. Additionally, you will support the definition and implementation of the operating model within the programme, as well as participate in root cause analysis and problem resolution to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Solid analytical skills and ability to identify use cases
Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of on-time delivery
Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel, and Visio
