We are looking for an experienced Project Business Analyst (BA) to join our Cybersecurity team, supporting transformative initiatives that enhance organizational security and resilience. Your responsibilities As a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity team, you will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze both business and technical requirements for cybersecurity projects. Your role will involve supporting the design and implementation of cybersecurity transformation programs, which include process improvements, technology adoption, and risk mitigation strategies. You will act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, cybersecurity experts, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. A significant part of your work will include analyzing cybersecurity data such as risk assessments, threat intelligence, and compliance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will document current-state processes, design future-state workflows, and support the implementation of optimized solutions to enhance cybersecurity operations. You will assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Finally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps, use cases, and stakeholder presentations. Our requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity projects. Proven track record in cybersecurity transformation initiatives (e.g., cloud security, identity management, incident response). Experience with stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of Third-Party Security Review processes in financial institutions (preferred but not essential). Expertise in analyzing cybersecurity-related data and translating it into actionable insights. Experience in third-party risk management, vendor assessments, or contract oversight in a cybersecurity context. Optional Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. Language: English (written and spoken).
