Experienced in business analysis considering capabilities of the Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
Experienced in business analysis considering capabilities of the Service Now platform (custom applications and standard Service Now modules): Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and clould set-up)

Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data
Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories
Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development
