THE WORK:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, fostering innovation and growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions that meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops to capture detailed requirements, promoting a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and development teams, aligning efforts for continuous improvement.
• Support Agile project teams by defining user stories and assisting in backlog grooming, embracing change and agility.

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driving impactful solutions.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding software development processes, fostering innovation and growth.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience or knowledge in implementing GenAI solutions.
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies in business processes.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
