Collaborate with stakeholders and product development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and end-user requirements.
Support Product Owners in refining scope and provide insights based on your expertise in IT, business processes, competitor analysis, or healthcare/audiology domain (a plus, not a requirement).
Work closely with Product Designers and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, testable system requirements and ensure proper user flow.
Document requirements in the system, ensuring compliance with medical and cybersecurity standards.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Contribute to product documentation and actively share knowledge within the team and across the organization.
Support for developing, documenting, and executing manual and automated test cases, test plans, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and system testing.
requirements-expected :
Hold a degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Audiology or a related field.
Have at least 1 year of previous working experience as a Business/System Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
Possess a strong analytical mindset.
Show excellent communication skills.
Are fluent in written and spoken English – This is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our multinational teams.
Possess good technical and non-technical communication skills.
