Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing, coordinating, and organizing the work of a team with different profiles (senior/junior) and nationalities.
  • Analytical thinking and experience in handling and exploiting large data models.
  • Solid knowledge of securitization, its lifecycle, and impacts (both synthetic and traditional).
  • Knowledge of banking financial products (loans, syndicated loans, RPPs, performance guarantees, lines of credit, etc.).
  • High-level IT vision and understanding of how it should reconcile with the business.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and use of JIRA.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and business teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). (Spanish is preferred, not a show stopper).
