Join our Markets Accounting Solutions team in the Warsaw office as a Business Analyst. Our dynamic team is entrusted with designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions tailored for Finance Accounting. We mainly operate and enhance Murex and Calypso platforms as a centralized sub-ledger system responsible for accounting postings, balance calculations, and generating a spectrum of reports for all asset classes, catering to both business users and downstream systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Dive into projects as a Business Analyst. Your key tasks will include analyzing business requirements to define digital requirements, creating solutions, and overseeing specifications.
• Youll be pivotal in establishing new accounting configurations in Murex and transitioning from Calypso to Murex.
• Cooperate with business and technical teams across different locations in Europe to match the business needs with the technical delivery.
• Ensure the E2E delivery of secure and robust solutions according to UniCredit policies and guidelines.
• Acquire functional knowledge of products inside the Accounting Sub-domain.
• Contribute to team discussions by sharing your experience and knowledge with the team.
• Support continuous improvement, exploring different alternatives and experiences.
• Address daily production queries, tackle business-related concerns, and ensure quick resolutions to arising challenges.
• Use your experience to fine-tune our teams processes, ensuring the reliability and consistency of our outputs.

Requirements

• A curiosity and passion for banking technologies and a keenness to grow in a global IT landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering.
• Familiarity with the Murex Accounting platform.
• The acumen to analyze complex data, engage in constructive dialogues, and be receptive to feedback.
• The capability to tackle complex tasks, including those outside ones familiarity, in line with overarching goals.
• Resilience and focus, especially when faced with challenges.
• Eagerness to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Team-oriented thinking, a proactive approach, and effective communication abilities.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility.
• SQL knowledge will be an advantage.
