Wymagania
hands-on experience as a Business Analyst (experience within the insurance sector is a significant advantage),
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams,
practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments,
strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead workshops with diverse stakeholders,
high attention to detail and a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality outputs,
strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage issues effectively, and to perform well under tight deadlines,
fluent English, both spoken and written,
ability to perform system analysis and recognize dependencies, always considering business needs and requirements,
proficiency in translating business needs into clear, structured user stories, while managing dependencies across multiple functional areas.
