Your tasks

• maintenance of Bank’s documents inventory throughout the various regions in form of periodic
  reviews and ad hoc requests
• updating electronic documents in central repository
• coordinating multiple client bulk communications (via different channels)
• working with the internal Business Requestors to understand background and context of
  requests to be executed and advising the most efficient solutions
• collecting and reviewing elements crucial for communication dispatch and forms
  uploads/updates (materials correctness with internal guidelines, clients’ distribution lists, approvalsetc.)
• working with internal partners (e.g. technology) to solve ad-hoc issues or enhance current
  functionalities
