For our client in the retail industry, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join an interesting project conducted in an international environment in a remote work setup.
responsibilities :
Gather and document business and system requirements.
Create user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in Agile projects.
Support system integration, testing, and documentation.
Ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience as a Business, System, or Functional Analyst;
Proven experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes;
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Knowledge of SQL;
Knowledge of UML and BPMN;
Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation (e.g., system specifications, interface descriptions, data flow diagrams, release notes);
Understanding of key UX/UI practices and design processes;
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
English at C1 (Advanced) level or higher.
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Proactive and solution-oriented approach;
Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to keep the overall business and technical context in mind;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing BA work across multiple stakeholders and projects;
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
