Overview

This role is focused on the planning and implementation of the control framework uplift for Stress Testing (Stress Testing Data Framework). A strong understanding of Market Risk components (and ideally Counterparty Credit Risk) is essential, along with solid Project Management and Business Analysis experience. Given the unique combination of skills required, we are also open to considering Traded Risk BAU professionals with a strong aptitude for change, stakeholder management, and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements management by designing and structuring solutions that align with business needs, ensuring successful and efficient implementation.

Drive the planning and execution of the Stress Testing control framework uplift, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Assess potential solutions, considering costs, benefits, and risks, and provide well-informed recommendations to guide decision-making.

Anticipate potential issues and risks, taking swift action to address and resolve challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights tailored to different audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding at all levels.

Evaluate the impact of changes on the target operating model, creating and implementing strategies to mitigate disruptions and drive positive change.

Work closely with programme management to assess the impact of change requests, ensuring that changes align with business objectives and priorities.

Engage with key stakeholders across Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness of the new framework.

Understand the organizations priorities, business drivers, and competitive landscape, ensuring that solutions are strategically aligned to deliver maximum value.

Encourage a collaborative and professional team environment.

Requirements

Strong business analysis skills with proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and business process reengineering across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.

Experience in Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk is highly desirable.

Project Management and Business Analysis expertise, particularly in risk-related transformation initiatives.

Change and implementation management expertise with a demonstrated ability to apply effective techniques for successful change adoption.

Familiarity with project methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Office, and Visio.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to leverage Design Thinking in tackling challenges and delivering innovative solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Experience working with international teams and global stakeholders in a regional and global context.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of tasks at any stage of a project and drive them to completion.

A background in banking, financial services, or shared services organizations is an advantage.
