A Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements that support the delivery of data, digital, and technology solutions. The role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Case documentation.
- Assist in the development of process models, data flow diagrams, and business rules to clearly define business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between business and IT.
- Support testing efforts by defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and validating business functionality.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions with stakeholders to gather input and drive consensus.
- Track, manage, and communicate requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support during deployment and post-go-live phases by addressing issues and clarifying requirements.
- Ensure documentation and requirements adhere to organizational standards and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology, data, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with requirement elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis, etc.).
- Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data management, CRM, ERP, or MDM solutions is a plus (but not mandatory).
