As our worker, you will join the community of over 300 Business Analysts at Sii. Our specialists develop applications dedicated to various sectors, e.g., pharmaceutical (a system dedicated to clinical trials), e-commerce (a platform serving millions of customers worldwide), banking (e-payments systems, mobile banking development), and more! Your role

• Cooperate with business partners to understand their needs
• Create user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Create project documentation
• Support UAT tests
• Collaborate with programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners

Your skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis
• Familiarity with the software development cycle
• Knowledge of Scrum, BPMN, UML, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong communication and analytical skills, problem-solving focus, team-oriented
• Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken)
• Optional: SQL, SOAP, REST knowledge
• Ability to create UX/UI mock-ups
