The Business Analyst is an integral member of the Product team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of potentially releasable increments of the product at the conclusion of each sprint. These Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to independently organize and manage their work, resulting in a synergistic approach that optimizes overall efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with the product team(s): Product owner(s), Product architect(s) and Lead developer(s) to understand, analyze, and enhance our order management systems, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and provide a seamless experience for our front-end and back-end users.
responsibilities :
collaborate closely with Product owner and business stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements for order management. Ensure that all requirements align with business goals
user Story Development: Create and maintain clear and concise user stories, including acceptance criteria, that serve as the foundation for development tasks within Agile sprints
process Analysis: Analyze and evaluate current order management processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
sprint Planning: Participate in Agile sprint planning sessions, assisting in the prioritization of user stories and ensuring that development efforts remain aligned with project objectives
design Reference Group: Work closely with the platform architect, product architect and development teams to shape and document solutions that meet business requirements
testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and participate in testing activities, ensuring that developed solutions meet the definition of done
stakeholder Communication: Foster open and transparent communication between product team(s) and development team(s)
continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to order management technology. Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes
requirements-expected :
you have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
you speak English fluently and have excellent communication skills
oroven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on order management or supply chain technology
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
proficiency in using business analysis tools, such as flowcharts, data modelling
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and visa versa
knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage
pro-active, taking initiative and getting things done mentality
experience in fast moving consumer goods / beverage industry
you have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
