We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background or interest in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.

About this opportunity

You will join the team in the Business Continuity and Crisis Management, Risk Reduction Programme, which is a team located in the largest business area. The Team is focusing on reducing risk and increasing resilience across the bank during the years to come. By being in this role, you will work closely with many stakeholders in Technology and in the various Business Areas/Group Functions. In the Risk Reduction Programme, we are currently in need of additional Business Analysts to support our ongoing projects with gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the execution of business strategic initiatives by collecting, analysing and ensuring access to high-quality data and to support utilisation of fact-based information and insight.
  2. Ensure our solutions meet business and regulatory requirements and maximize business value.
  3. Take responsibility for developing the analysis tools, methods, and practices to ensure relevant and timely support to strategic initiatives.
  4. Structure and drive analysis from initiation to successful delivery in close collaboration with management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between Business and IT.
  2. Self-driven, structured professional with a proactive attitude and a strong drive.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in structuring and presenting complex problems.
  4. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multitasking well, and have an excellent ability to prioritise and deliver within deadlines.
  5. Experience in driving change (from gathering business requirements to implementation) in an agile environment.
  6. Some experience in guiding and mentoring junior analysts, driving impactful business insights, process improvements, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Your experience and background:

  1. Written and spoken English on a superior level is required.
  2. Relevant Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or similar.
  3. 2-6 years proven business analyst or data analyst experience.
  4. Insights or interest within business and technology resilience and continuity, crisis management, risk management.
