As a Business Analyst, your mission will be to translate user requirements into functional designs and validate solutions for a regulatory application. You will play a key role in defining business logic for Big Data systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulatory requirements, and acting as a trusted advisor across multiple projects.

responsibilities :
Define the business logic of a Big Data system to meet financial regulatory requirements.
Act as an expert across multiple projects, guiding teams and conducting business research and analysis.
Serve as a bridge between Business, IT, and Data teams, ensuring alignment and facilitating discussions.
Present analysis results and proposed solutions to senior stakeholders in a clear and structured way.
Take ownership of topics end-to-end, from investigation through solution validation and stakeholder sign-off.
Use SQL to analyze data, create/recreate reports, and validate data quality of implemented solutions.
Prepare Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSD).
Work within Scrum methodology as part of a high-performance team.Document solutions using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
Foster a competitive environment that encourages continuous improvement within the team.

requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management (software, multiple organizations).
Proactive and investigative mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience working with software development teams.
Experience in SCRUM or other Agile frameworks.
University degree in finance or business-related field.
Excellent knowledge of SQL and intermediate Excel skills.
Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Very good command of English (B2+).
