Job Description

Join NATEK as a Business Analyst and support a global biopharmaceutical organization with integration and clinical data projects.

Initial projects duration: 6-month and 12-month projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements using SMART or INVEST principles.
• Create clear and structured documentation, including specifications, workflows, and requirement descriptions.
• Translate requirements into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and align expectations.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
• Set priorities and manage a well-organized product backlog.
• Support Agile processes using tools such as JIRA and Airfocus.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to translate business needs into well-defined requirements, using SMART or INVEST methods.
• Experience in data processes, systems, and technologies within highly regulated (GxP) environments and the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with JIRA. Experience in projects delivered in Agile.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
