responsibilities :
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs
Identify, specify, and analyze business requirements for ERP implementation
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog
Actively participate in development team meetings and assist business representatives in presenting their needs
Collaborate with other product teams, technical teams, business representatives, and the PMO as part of project work
Create and present reports, recommendations, and product development plans (roadmaps)

Experience working as a Business Analyst
Ability to independently conduct business analysis
Experience in managing a product backlog
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Project management skills in both agile and traditional methodologies
