Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Documentation:
Create executive level Power Point presentations based on the provided and analyzed data
Create documentation including business as-is and to-be states, process flows, requirements, project charters and business cases, presentations for various levels of audience.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
Participate in testing, verification and validation of solutions, processes.
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
What you will need:
At least 5 years of practical knowledge in the areas of business analysis in the IT sector
Experience in conducting projects for international clients and collaborating with large global companies
Experience with working in an Agile environment and tools (Jira, Confluence )
Knowledge how to translate complicated business question to simplified solution
Fluent in written and spoken English (C1) and Polish
Superior organizational and time management skills
Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills and possess excellent stakeholder management skills
Managing the Product Backlog and prioritization, and product dependencies
Communicating between stakeholders and development teams
Active Participation in sprint planning ceremonies
