As a Business Analyst you will be working for our client, a leading digital solutions provider specializing in building innovative e-commerce platforms and scalable applications for global businesses. responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and backlog items
Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand needs and pain points
Identify and document project and product goals in alignment with business objectives
Model business processes using UML or BPMN notations
Prepare and facilitate client workshops, ideation sessions, and solution walkthroughs
Collaborate with developers, designers, QAs, and product managers to shape and refine digital solutions
Support product delivery throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with requirements
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
Contribute to improving internal processes by challenging existing ways of working
Provide clear insights and decision-making inputs from large sets of business data
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or e-commerce projects
Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
Strong teamwork orientation and ability to foster collaboration
Proficiency in visual tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma
Experience in applying AI tools to enhance business analysis work
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations
Proactive ownership mentality with the ability to take initiative across project lifecycles
Fluency in English at C1 level
