responsibilities :
Gathering and defining business needs for IT system development
Analyzing and documenting requirements for system design
Participating in the planning and design of new IT solutions
Supervising and coordinating the system testing process
Coordinating the implementation of new solutions within the systems
Testing applications to ensure quality and functionality
Participating in the maintenance of IT systems and providing end-user support
Preparing and conducting training sessions for business users
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business and systems analysis within IT projects
Strong knowledge of UML notation
Proven experience in requirements analysis using user stories
Knowledge of modeling tools (familiarity with Enterprise Architect is a plus)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
Solid knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle (requirements, testing, implementation)
General business knowledge related to the insurance industry
