Get to know us…

Our awesome BA team needs you – we are looking for some new blood to take part in improving our clients processes. We closely cooperate with the business team and developers. Performing workshops, eliciting requirements and supporting the business to identify processes that need improvement. Would you like to be part of our Business Analyst team?

Your responsibilities

• Gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements from clients,
• Designing and conducting workshops together with UX team,
• Supporting presales process – proposing approach, active participation in initial meetings and providing initial insights on the project scope,
• Creation and maintenance of user stories and other PBIs, close cooperation with dev and QA teams during project development,
• Creation of analytical documentation of the project,
• Close cooperation with PO and PMs, bridging business and technical teams,
• Analyzing impact of new functionalities and changes on the product.

What we need you to have

• Experience as Business Analyst or similar role,
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships, highly developed interpersonal skills,
• Experience in working with UML and/or BPMN modeling language,
• Ability to identify and document non-functional requirements,
• Strong command of English (at least on B2/C1 level).
• Nice to have experience in presales process.
