Global Defense Engineering is responsible for implementing solutions that help protect our client from a wide range of threats to the business, as well as its customers, partners and employees. The team works with partner teams across the bank to implement innovative defence capabilities that are effective and flexible in the face of a constantly evolving threat landscape.
The main responsibility of the Business Analyst position is to manage and perform analytical activities for one or more projects, programmes or value streams. The person in this role may be located in different areas of the client, and may be located in both projects and established BAU teams.
It is possible for a business analyst to work on multiple projects, programmes or value streams simultaneously.

responsibilities :
Gathering, translating and clarifying business requirements and defining design options
Assist in translating business and project requirements into more detailed functional requirements
Capture, analyse and document business processes (including IT processes)
Creates customer journey and product functionality analyses
Support delivery experts in defining solution options that can be evaluated to recommend the best solution option that meets needs and delivers the greatest value to stakeholders
Participate in change management activities, which may include tasks such as timeline planning, tracking progress in stakeholder engagement
Provides administrative support to the Product Owner during the evolution of the product roadmap, creating epics and writing user stories, and managing the product backlog
Assist in the implementation of solutions, including implementation readiness and pilot activities
Collaboration on change interventions such as training and communication
Manage the requirements lifecycle from inception to retirement, including continuous improvement and reuse
Provides expertise in DevOps pipeline tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
Provides expertise in agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN), as well as experience within Disciplined Agile and SAFE
