We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on international projects for Global Fortune 500 companies. The person in this role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements related to audit, compliance, and financial control processes, contributing to the design and development of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This position offers a fully remote work environment.
responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements associated with audit, compliance, and financial control processes.
Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements for GRC applications.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Support the design and development of GRC solutions covering risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks, such as ICOFR and ICSR.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, and expected outcomes.
Define and discuss system integrations with upstream and downstream financial systems.
Act as a liaison between business, compliance, audit, and IT teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, validating solutions, and ensuring requirements are fulfilled.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, or inefficiencies and assist in designing improved control frameworks.
Document business processes, control descriptions, risk and control mappings, and system workflows in a clear and structured manner.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role within audit, compliance, risk management, finance, or governance environments.
Strong understanding of audit concepts, internal controls, financial risks, and control environments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex problems into structured requirements and solutions.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High level of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and accountability.
