responsibilities :
Collecting, prioritizing, and structuring business requirements in the area of Web Analytics & Reporting – from the initial idea to technical implementation
Clarifying expectations and creating a common understanding between standard reporting and self-service approaches
Ensuring and developing consistent reporting standards in Adobe Analytics while advising on the use and customization of dashboards – without creating individual solutions
Managing and governing user and role concepts within Adobe Analytics
Supporting business units and markets in building analytics know-how through training, tutorials, guidelines, and best practices
Collaborating on defining new tracking requirements with tag/consent managers and development teams
Analyzing the use of existing reporting tools to derive optimization potential and strategic developments
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics, particularly in reporting, dashboard creation, and user management
Good knowledge of web tracking concepts, event tracking, and data layer architecture
Experience in requirements and stakeholder management, ideally in an international context
Ability to present technical content clearly and understandably to non-technical audiences
Strong communication and moderation skills, with a structured, proactive working approach
Language skills: both German and English
