Our requirements:
- minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
- experience working in teams and communicating effectively with developers, testers and business stakeholders;
- familiarity with software like: jira/confluence, miro, figma, slack;
- knowledge of methods for capturing, structuring and modeling business requirements;
- experience in creating requirements specifications;
- ability to solve problems and optimize business processes;
- responsibility and self-reliance;
- good command of English - ability to create documentation and fluent communication with the international team;
- good command of Polish.
It’s a plus if you have:
- experience in the financial/blockchain/crypto industry;
- knowledge of payments/banking/trading;
- experience in analysis of API using REST services;
- knowledge of UX/UI issues.
