•         Hands on working experience in working in an Agile environment (Kanban framework is specifically used)

•         Requirement engineering for complex projects

•         Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment

•         Strong problem solving skills

•         Excellent communication skills:  ability to communicate effectively with both business users and IT development team on various seniority levels.

•         Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope.

•         Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management.

•         A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times.

,[Perform business requirements gathering using a variety of techniques and support requirement refinement utilizing Agile methodologies, Presenting business requirements, proposed solution and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review, subsequently supporting the development team with query resolution during development phases, Work with IT teams to refine solution designs / user stories and communicate back to the business stakeholders at all levels in their ‘own language’, Test delivered IT components and working with the development team to resolve any identified defects, Preparation of materials for senior stakeholder forums and present as required Requirements: Confluence, Jira Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, Free coffee, Playroom, Free beverages, Mobile phone, Modern office, No dress code.
