The role is for an experienced hands-on Business Analyst in ecommerce who has a passion for working directly with clients, business partners and subject matter experts, determining customer needs and providing clearly defined business requirements. As a BA Consultant you will actively engage with the business to create detailed business cases and clear problem-solving statements. We want you to be pro-active, curious, enthusiastic and open to new experiences. 

• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Business case creation expertise
• Experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation and business case formation
• Ability to be the interface between subject matter experts, business owners and technical experts
• Strong workshops facilitation skills
• Proven delivery focus – understand what needs to be done and when and can help the Project Manager and Business Owner deliver to this

To qualify for the role you must have

• 6+ years of experience in the field of Business Analytics
• Experience in consumer Industries or Retail, eCommerce front-end and back-end. Magento and AEM would be considered as an advantage
• Expertise in business case creation and requirements gathering
• Sufficient knowledge to help build and refine consulting frameworks around processes, technology and people to enable clients to create enhanced B2C/B2B customer journeys, digital products, applications and touchpoints
• Proficiency in English

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency or good command of German/French (B2+)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
• Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity
