• You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking, Finance or IT
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst
• You demonstrate strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• You are confident with relational databases & at least basic SQL querying
• You work efficiently in Agile environment & BDD practices
• You show a test-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well across cultures and functions
• You are customer-focused, a team player and value partnership
• You are fluent in English (Polish or French will be an asset)

Nice to have :

• Structured Finance knowledge
• Loan IQ software experience
• Prior exposure to BPMN & UML
