Business Analyst for our Real Time Integration Center of Excellence (m/f)

RICE Tribe is responsible for implementing the Real Time Integration Strategy in our Group. One of the focus points of the Tribe is to provide integration services to agile teams to ease the pain of integration. Currently the RICE tribe consists of the API Management and Guidance team and the Event Integration and Guidance team.

To support our Product Owners and agile feature teams, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can breakdown diverse complex and volatile business challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built by the team in an agile way.

Your qualifications:

• University degree or similar with business or technical background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in the digital area
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
  
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
  
• Good data modeling knowledge
  
• Very good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  
• Team player and having customer orientation
  
• Experience with SCRUM or Kanban is an advantage
  
• Hands-on experience with rest API’is an plus
• High level of commitment and motivation
• Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
• Experience in working in an agile environment
• Willingness to travel on business trips to our network banks in CEE

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  
• Fluent in English language for business purposes
  
• Multi-cultural sensibility
