We are looking for an Analyst who will be a key point of contact for business clients in the payments industry, responsible for maintaining relationships, compliance with SLA, and technical support for users using solutions offered by the company.

The analysts task will be to address clients current needs and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue by introducing new solutions.


  • Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in analysis, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
  • Language skills: English proficiency (C1) in written and spoken communication.
  • On-call support for resolving issues (rotating schedule).
  • Basic analysis of financial services software as a plus
  • Credit card knowledge and experience as a plus
  • Experience with using Postman or other API platforms as a plus
  • Good database development skills will be a plus
  • Operating systems: Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems is a plus.
  • Availability to work in an international environment, during working hours corresponding to the EST time zone (Poland 14:00 – 22:00)
