We are developing an IT Compliance Engine (ICE) – a product designed to give application teams a clear view of the Technology controls they need to follow for their applications. ICE facilitates a simple and transparent control landscape that keeps systems safe while providing an excellent experience for developers and control owners. The platform continues to evolve, expanding to cover more Technology controls and supporting new use cases.

What youll be doing

In this role, you will become a proactive and collaborative member of the ICE product team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs. You will analyze the product and its technology landscape, including data, systems, and interfaces, to identify opportunities for improvement. Your work will involve translating user requests and challenges into clear functional requirements and system processes, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. You will collaborate with the product owner, customers, and development teams, documenting both functional and non-functional requirements in the form of development tickets with acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will engage in business process modeling, create flowcharts and data flow diagrams, and prepare handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer sessions to support the team and stakeholders.

Required:

• Strong analytical and/or system analysis skills to understand and visualize links between different tools.
• Ability to translate ideas into concrete work activities.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with APIs or API development teams.
• Experience documenting functional specifications (agile stories, acceptance criteria), and process flow diagrams.
