Location: Poland, Poznań
This role sits within the Global Digital & Tech Organisation and specifically within the Customer, Consumer & Expert product organisation. The Sales Force Excellence Tribe is responsible for designing and Implementing digital & tech products that are used by our Sales Reps and Merchandisers in the field to distribute and sell our products to retail outlets and pharmacies globally. The objective is to increase effectiveness and efficiency of our Reps and drive sales growth for Haleon.
You will develop a deep understanding of user needs and business processes, identifying business problems and pain points. You will create user stories and work with our engineering teams to identify and develop solutions that address the needs of our users. You will have an agile mindset and a can-do attitude, and you will be passionate about solving business challenges through technology. Most of your time will be spent working on our Sales CRM and Next Best Action Analytics products, but you must be flexible to work on other products across the Tribe if the need arises.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake customer research to understand customer needs (jobs to be done, problems to solve) and identify opportunities to add value.
Develop detailed user requirements / user stories and ensure that these are clearly documented and understood by the business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Work with our engineering teams to design new solutions, features, or enhancements that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Review the solution design with business stakeholders to get their buy-in and agreement.
Participate in agile sprint ceremonies to plan the sprint and refine the backlog.
Participate in testing to ensure the solution or feature meets the needs of our users.
Plan & co-ordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
Pro-actively look for ways to address impediments / blockers that may slow down delivery and / or impact delivery timelines.
Build strong cross functional partnerships with key business stakeholders as well as other tech teams.
Maintain high credibility and deliver real value by shipping product that make our users’ lives easier.
Required Experience
Min. 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis / product role
Good understanding of commercial business processes
Solid and proven experience in agile delivery
Experience in Salesforce.com, Veeva or other CRM / Salesforce automation solutions
Experience in the delivery of data & analytics products
Excellent communication & collaboration skills with an ability to gain the respect buy-in from your stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done
Calm under pressure and able to manage competing demands
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Business.
Desired Experience
Proven work experience in a product management role
Experience in the Healthcare and / or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry
Ability to see the big picture and think beyond immediate area of responsibility
Experience in the visualisation of analytics insights and metrics in operational systems & BI visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI
Rich experience in design thinking and product discovery, including user research, persona and journey development, and UX & UI
