We aim to improve the regulatory environment for financial markets. As part of this work, you will analyse metadata on the information requirements set by regulators for entities in the insurance, banking, and investment sectors. You will have the opportunity to learn about the most current developments affecting the financial markets and translate them into actual solutions connecting the business and IT world.

You will have the opportunity to understand the financial markets and the nature of their participants. In addition, you will learn about the legal acts that provide a framework for their activities and set requirements for the biggest market participants.

A high level of financial literacy is essential to properly understand, translate and even to some extent influence the possible structure of reporting solutions prepared by regulators.

We work with the most important financial regulators in the financial market in the European Union and around the world. If you feel that the world of finance is something you would like to associate your career with, we would be delighted to discuss the possibility of mutual cooperation.


  • proficiency in English (min. B2)
  • bachelors degree in economics/finance/accounting/law, etc.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • basic understanding of insurance and banking industries (including the European regulatory landscape)
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • ability to learn quickly
  • ability to manage to prioritise tasks

Nice to have:

  • command of another language or languages
  • basic knowledge of SQLite and MS SQL
  • wide knowledge of the insurance market and prudential requirements for the ICPF sector
  • experience working for an insurance company, a financial institution providing services to insurance companies or in a field related to financial markets (in particular the insurance sector)
  • particular understanding of Solvency II including regulations of internal model companies)
  • proficient in a range of computer software applications
