We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in the transportation industry or, alternatively, automotive mechanics / car workshop operations. The project involves working on workshops to create documentation for the development of a part of an existing cloud-based transport software.

The software is an advanced, browser-based transport management system that combines a modern interface, automation, and AI-powered functionalities with intuitive usability. It supports route planning, client collaboration, and scalable expansion.

The selected BA will work closely with internal experts who have a clear vision of system functionality, translating their knowledge into precise materials for the development team.

Business Analyst – Transportation / Automotive Workshops (Part-Time, 1-Month Project)

Your responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with domain experts to gather functional requirements.
• Translate workshop insights into clear, structured documentation for the development team.
• Analyze current system functionality and propose improvements or clarifications for development.
• Ensure that all specifications are aligned with the software’s architecture and business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and validate requirements.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, logistics processes, or automotive workshop operations.
• Ability to understand technical and business concepts and translate them into detailed documentation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
