Job Description:

As the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, were seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team, providing analysis services for our client from the retail sector. Youll play a crucial role in optimizing processes, especially in the logistics & finance area, and shaping the future of retail business.

Your Role:

1. Capturing and organizing business requirements to support interim state and end-state processes.
2. Providing BPMN and UML diagrams, workshop materials, epics, features, and requirements gathered.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
4. Facilitating workshops.
5. Participating in and supporting test planning and execution.

Your Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a retail setting.
2. A keen understanding of retail processes, trends, and challenges.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
5. A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
6. Full work proficiency in English.
7. Skills in logistics and/or finance will be an asset.
