• As the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, were seeking a business analyst to join our growing team, providing analysis services for our client from the retail sector. Youll play a crucial role in optimizing processes, especially in the logistics & finance area, and shaping the future of retail business.

• Capturing and organizing business requirements to support interim state and end-state processes
• Providing BPMN and UML diagrams, workshop materials + epics, features, requirements gathered
• Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
• Facilitating workshops
• Participating in and supporting test planning and execution

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in a retail setting
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• A keen understanding of retail processes, trends, and challenges
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
• Full work proficiency in English
• Skills in logistics and/ or finance will be an asset
