Drive process mapping and structured documentation while collaborating closely with internal technology teams and external vendors.

Experience as Business Analyst ( min. 5 years of experience)
Experience within payments/cards / banking
Strong understanding of payment processes, clearing/settlement, and operational impacts
Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements across markets
