responsibilities :
Collaborate with global business, IT, operations, and internal stakeholders to support new client cooperation models and system rollouts
Validate team and system readiness to onboard new clients, ensuring operational excellence before go-live
Act as a key interface between local and global teams, managing stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
Support process redesign, system alignment, and migration activities from scratch for acquired entities
Verify operational readiness through detailed analysis and coordination, supporting large-scale onboarding efforts
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience in Transfer Agency or broader financial operations
Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with project management exposure (coordination, delivery support)
Solid knowledge of Multifonds (mandatory)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Fluent in Polish
Experience working in global or multi-entity environments
