Job Description:

Your Role:

1. Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with a multi-skilled team to achieve the required goal.
2. Produce Component level flows in the form of Swimlane to define the sequence of payment processing.
3. Translate the requirements into Functional User stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are correctly defined.
4. Perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements.
5. Be responsible for big picture end-to-end thinking.
6. Work closely with solution delivery and production support teams to ensure all new software is well understood and readily supported.
7. Review Test Cases and test Results to ensure requirements are being met.

Your Skills:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis.
2. Familiarity with the software development cycle.
3. Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence.
4. Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team.
5. Good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely.
6. Previous experience in the banking and finance industry is desirable.
