Your role

• Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with a multi-skilled team to achieve the required goal.
• Produce component-level flows in the form of Swimlane diagrams to define the sequence of payment processing.
• Translate requirements into Functional User Stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are correctly defined.
• Perform root cause analysis of failure elements and recommend improvements.
• Be responsible for big picture end-to-end thinking.
• Work closely with solution delivery and production support teams to ensure all new software is well understood and supported.
• Review test cases and test results to ensure requirements are met.

Your skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Familiarity with the software development cycle.
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, problem-solving focus, and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken technical English.
• Previous experience in banking and finance industry is desirable.
